Amazing BlackBerry Squares

Updated: Aug 4

The Blackberry Square

Blackberries have to be one of my favorite summer treats—so juicy, so flavorful, and honestly the perfect little snack whenever I’m outside working in the garden. Here are a few reasons I love them:

They’re sweet and satisfying—and when you’ve got good berries like mine, they taste like dessert! They’re great for busy days—toss them on yogurt, blend them into a smoothie, or just grab a handful straight off the bush. And they’re fun to grow—especially when your plants are happy and producing big, beautiful fruit!

I grow mine right at home with my thornless blackberry bushes, and they’re going CRAZY right now. The best part? They’re huge—and so sweet that I can’t believe how much flavor is packed into each berry. Growing thornless varieties has been a game changer for easy harvest and more time enjoying the fruit.

If you’ve ever thought about growing blackberries, I promise—thornless bushes are a great place to start. 🍇💜
