Together we review your Questionnaire; with your goals and challenges highlighted, a personalized nutrition plan will be formulated using functional foods and healthful strategies that move you towards your goals! Fee includes questionnaire review, (one 30 minute appointment). Second appointment personalized nutrition plan and implementation strategy, (one hour appointment). Also included is one phone follow-up or progress appointment after 3 or 6 weeks of implementing plan. (20-30 minutes).
